Director of Merchandising, Custom Division
Callie earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with a concentration in Furnishings and Interiors from the University of Georgia. She joined our team in 2018 as an intern and, after graduation, transitioned to a full-time Designer role before moving into merchandising and ultimately advancing to Director of Merchandising.
In this role, she oversees both the Athens and Lake Oconee showrooms, serves as the primary liaison with suppliers for our Custom Division, and evaluates product performance to ensure our offerings align with client expectations and market demand. Drawing on her design background, she closely monitors industry trends and emerging innovations to help position the company at the forefront of the market.
She especially values the collaborative nature of her work, partnering with designers, vendor representatives, and leadership to continually improve processes and outcomes. Supporting the success of both the team and our clients remains the most rewarding aspect of her role.
