A proud graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, Casey Jo brings both expertise and empathy to her role. Rooted in the values she was raised with and strengthened as a mom and soon to be Grammy “JoJo” to her growing family, she carries that same spirit of loyalty, compassion, and accountability into every customer and team interaction.
She is known for putting herself in the customer’s shoes – if they’re not satisfied, she’s not finished. Clients trust her because she follows through, communicates clearly, and delivers with the kind of care that turns business relationships into long-standing partnerships.
