Director of Installation

Ken joined Dalton Carpet One in February 2016, bringing with him a lifetime of experience in the flooring industry. As a second-generation flooring installer, Ken began working in flooring at a young age, gaining hands-on experience across many aspects of the trade.

He was initially hired as a Field Supervisor, where he conducted pre- and post-installation walkthroughs on new construction projects while building strong working relationships with builders and contractor partners. His attention to detail, leadership skills, and commitment to craftsmanship quickly set him apart.

By October 2016, Ken was promoted to Installation Manager, assuming responsibility for recruiting and procuring qualified flooring subcontractors, as well as coordinating field supervisors to ensure successful project completion.

In 2022, Ken advanced to Custom Division Installation Manager, further expanding his leadership role. During this time, he earned multiple certifications in Installation Management and became a Certified Flooring Inspector, strengthening Dalton Carpet One’s commitment to quality assurance and industry standards.

In 2026, Ken was promoted to Director of Installation, where he now oversees installation operations, contractor relationships, quality control, and field performance–ensuring every project reflects Dalton Carpet One’s high standards of excellence.

When he’s not working, Ken enjoys spending time at home with his wife Stacy – whom he met right here at Dalton Carpet One-relaxing by the pool or cooking something delicious.
