Lisa joined the Dalton Carpet One team in 2006, starting her journey on the retail sales team where she worked for many years. She later stepped away to focus on raising her family and successfully ran her own business for over 11 years, drawing on her corporate and flooring sales background and degree from the University of Georgia to manage all aspects of business ownership.

Now, with an empty nest, Lisa is thrilled to return in a leadership role. She thrives on mentoring a dynamic retail team at both the Athens and Lake Oconee showrooms and enjoys streamlining systems to elevate the customer experience. Energized by the fast-paced environment, Lisa embraces the variety each day brings and takes pride in finding creative solutions to everyday challenges. She is passionate about making each customer’s journey exceptional and takes pride in showcasing the very best of Dalton Carpet One.
